GDPR and our privacy policy

All into Ocean Pools Inc has made a number of updates to our Privacy Policy, to comply with the transparency requirements under European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), an EU-wide privacy and data protection law that:

  • gives individuals more control over their personal data, and
  • places certain obligations on businesses that process information of individuals.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) rights with respect to information that All into Ocean Pools Inc holds about you. All into Ocean Pools Inc undertakes to provide the same rights to others outside the EEA.
